No campaign. No platform. Just a sequence of rooms quietly reorganizing around him.

    Every block needs a watch desk.

    Patrick took the shift without being asked. He has seen everything and intends to file none of it.

  2. 02 / The close-up

    Authority is mostly eye contact.

    Close enough to supervise. Too unbothered to assist. The administration’s position remains clear.

  3. 03 / The couch

    The best seat is already occupied.

    By the time anyone objects, the meeting has moved around him. That is governance, Patrick-style.
